# Livebuy 直播間 (168商家版)

## 匯入商品 <a href="#merchants" id="merchants"></a>

您可以透過 「 [存貨商品](/product-tour/videos/add-new-video/hui-ru-shang-pin.md) 」 或 「 [建立商品](/product-tour/videos/add-new-video/hui-ru-shang-pin/jian-li-shang-pin-zhi-bo-+1-dao-liu-ban.md#jian-li-shang-pin) 」 來將商品匯入至您的 Livebuy 直播間

## 開始直播 <a href="#start-live" id="start-live"></a>

在您的串流軟體開始串流之後，Livebuy 直播間會自動偵測到您的直播畫面並且詢問您是否發布直播，如果不發布直播您可以預覽畫面，在您完成其他您需要的設定後再點擊右上角的 「 發布直播 」 將直播發布給觀眾。

### 介紹商品 <a href="#start-introducing" id="start-introducing"></a>

在直播中，您依然可以[匯入商品](/product-tour/videos/add-new-video/hui-ru-shang-pin.md)，並且可以點選商品右方的大聲公符號<img src="/files/HfbLxuVr4su7mNIoU4Sl" alt="" data-size="line">開始介紹商品，介紹中商品將會在觀眾的直播間中以商品卡展示，並且作為未來回放影片的商品時間點。

直播開始後，您可在商品列表中看到每個商品右側的 **喇叭圖示**<img src="/files/KISxQG508wNCCn735h9c" alt="" data-size="line">。

* 點擊喇叭圖示<img src="/files/olM550fnJK29RZI6Ic7R" alt="" data-size="line"> → 系統會自動紀錄該商品的 **介紹起始時間**。
* 再次點擊 → 紀錄 **介紹結束時間**。
* 若同時介紹多件商品，可同時點選多個喇叭，系統會記錄相同時間並輪播商品卡。
* 若未關閉，系統會持續視為該商品正在介紹。

### 直播銷售記錄 <a href="#sales-data" id="sales-data"></a>

在直播進行中，您可以透過 **商品區的 「** [**銷售數據**](/product-tour/videos/sales-video.md#functional-overview) **」 按鈕**<img src="/files/ecpXZGOO7kcGYvlrCNp0" alt="" data-size="line">，即時查看該場直播所產生的訂單與銷售狀況。

* 點擊 「 銷售數據 」 <img src="/files/Zue8htUbJRgQcegduhXT" alt="" data-size="line"> → 系統會顯示各商品的銷售明細。
* 您可以藉此快速了解商品的熱銷程度，並根據實際數據調整直播話術或推播商品。
* 直播結束後，這些數據也會被保存，方便後續分析與檢視直播成效。

### 結束直播 <a href="#end-live-stream" id="end-live-stream"></a>

直播結束時，請點選右上角的 「 結束直播 」 <img src="/files/ES3nWglRX2MoRRzi1cJc" alt="" data-size="line">，並記得結束直播軟體

直播時長上限為**四小時**，在時間到達前**10分鐘**及**5分鐘**時會有提醒

### 公告訊息 <a href="#announcement" id="announcement"></a>

### 直播留言區 <a href="#comment" id="comment"></a>

在直播進行中，您可以透過右方的 **「 直播留言區 」** 與觀眾即時互動。

* 直播主或管理員可直接回覆觀眾的提問，增進參與感。
* 互動過程能有效提升觀眾的停留時間與購買意願，讓直播更具參與氛圍。
* 建議直播主可適時回覆或點名觀眾，讓觀眾感受到被重視，進一步提升黏著度。

#### 封鎖關鍵字 <a href="#mute-keywords" id="mute-keywords"></a>

為了避免擾亂直播留言秩序，您可以針對關鍵字進行封鎖：\
設定完成後，包含關鍵字的留言將對所有觀眾隱藏不可見，只有留言者本人仍可見隱藏訊息。

#### 直播留言管理 <a href="#manage-chats" id="manage-chats"></a>

您可以針對留言進行管理：

1. 刪除訊息：執行後，該留言將被刪除，前台及後台都將看不到該留言
2. 隱藏訊息：執行後，該留言將被隱藏，前台看不到該留言但後台維持可見
3. 封鎖此人：將該留言用戶封鎖後，此用戶所有留言將自動進入「隱藏狀態」，其他用戶將不會看到該用戶的留言
