## 直播留言抽獎 <a href="#live-comment-draw" id="live-comment-draw"></a>

您可以於直播前或直播中新增抽獎活動，增加您與觀眾之間的互動，提升您的業績

要建立抽獎活動，您可以於直播後台中點擊 「 抽獎活動 」 分頁，點選 「 新增活動 」 即可以開始新增：

### 設定抽獎活動 <a href="#setting" id="setting"></a>

1. 活動名稱：
   * 此次抽獎活動名稱，會於前台顯示
2. 活動關鍵字：
   * 觀眾需要於直播中留言此關鍵字才可以加入抽獎
3. 抽獎名額：
   * 此次活動預計抽出多少名額
4. 活動進行時間：
   * 自動開獎：若設定活動進行時間，系統將在到達設定時間後，自動抽出得獎者。
   * 手動開獎：若未設定活動進行時間，您需手動執行開獎操作。
5. 直播停留時間：
   * 您可以設定觀眾的最低觀看時間門檻。只有觀眾的觀看時長超過此設定時間，才具備抽獎資格。
6. 選擇獎品類型：

   * 活動商品/贈品：您可以直接匯入您於第三方商品庫的商品作為獎品，中獎後觀眾可將獎品直接加入購物車
   * 結帳折扣碼：您可以將您在電商後台產生的折扣碼作為獎品抽出，Livebuy 提供兩種設定方法：
     * 相同代碼：每個中獎人皆獲得相同代碼
     * 不重複代碼：每個中獎人皆獲得獨立相同的代碼

### 抽獎活動使用方式 <a href="#how-to-use" id="how-to-use"></a>

設定完成抽獎活動後，點選開始按鈕，即會開始進行並於留言區發送抽獎開始通知，觀眾可以點擊 「 立即參加 」 或是手動留言加入抽獎。

您可以隨時查看抽獎參加人數，增加與抽獎者互動

欲開獎時，請點選開獎按鈕，點選後會跳轉至開獎頁面，點擊立即開獎後抽出幸運中獎人。

您可以在抽出中獎人後，額外抽出其他的中獎人作為炒熱直播間氣氛的手段

觀眾中獎後，會跳出要求填寫 email 的介面，填寫完成後，根據獎品類型的不同，觀眾取得獎品的方式會有不同：

1. 獎品為商品：獎品會自動加入購物清單，並發出一封中獎明細電子郵件，觀眾可以點擊「前往結帳」前往結帳將獎品帶到您的官網購物車

2. 獎品為折扣碼：填寫完成 Email ，觀眾即可直接複製折扣碼使用，中獎明細電子郵件中也會包含折扣碼資訊。
