## 加值點數管理 <a href="#points-overview" id="points-overview"></a>

「點數管理」您可以清楚掌握每一筆點數使用記錄，主要區分為「獲得點數、點數消耗、退還點數」三大點數類型，您也可以透過顏色標示進行分辨。

其中「點數儲值」有手動加值、自動加值兩種方式，可以依您的習慣進行相關設定。

**獲得點數：**\
您透過「加值設定」進行儲值所獲得的點數。

**點數消耗：**\
您的商城使用 Livebuy 加值服務所消耗的點數費用，舉例：群發訊息、AI 上字幕...等。

**退還點數：**\
當不符合使用資格或處理失敗時，我們將自動退還點數給您的商城。
