# 詳細訂單資訊

## 訂單詳情 <a href="#order-info" id="order-info"></a>

從訂單管理清單內點選其中一張訂單即可進入 「 詳細訂單資訊 」 頁面。

#### 欄位名詞定義 <a href="#lb-order-definition" id="lb-order-definition"></a>

<table><thead><tr><th width="165">欄位說明</th><th>說明</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>訂單編號</strong></td><td>為 Livebuy 之訂單編號。</td></tr><tr><td><strong>結帳訂單編號</strong></td><td>為商品導購至第三方之結帳訂單編號，同時也是第三方平台所稱呼之訂單編號，與此處 Liveby 訂單編號不同。</td></tr><tr><td><strong>訂購人資料</strong></td><td>為您的粉絲或顧客之會員基本資料。<br><br>台灣：LINE Login<br>馬來西亞：Telegram Login 或 手機號碼 SMS 註冊</td></tr><tr><td><strong>付款狀態</strong></td><td>主要分為 「 未付款、已付款 」 狀態。<br><br>其中「未付款」訂單於第三方平台被整張刪除時，將被轉為取消訂單。<br><br>而當訂單一旦轉為 「 已付款 」 狀態，但仍在第三方平台被刪除整張訂單時，則只會被標記為 「 已付款 (永久封存) 」 狀態。</td></tr><tr><td><strong>配送狀態</strong></td><td>從第三方平台回傳的資料，有 「 未出貨 」 、 「 已收貨 」 兩種配送狀態。</td></tr><tr><td><strong>導購商品數量</strong></td><td>從 Livebuy 導購至第三方結帳購物車之代銷商品數量。<br><br>可能包含於第三方平台已刪除、分次未結帳之 Livebuy 商品。</td></tr><tr><td><strong>訂購商品數量</strong></td><td>從 Livebuy 導購且實際成立訂單之 Livebuy 商品數量。<br><br>當已訂購商品從 「 未結帳 」 訂單被退貨時，將會連動一併扣除。<br><br>但若是 「 已結帳 」 訂單被整張移除時，則不影響訂購數量，只會被標記為永久封存狀態。</td></tr><tr><td><strong>管道類型</strong></td><td>顯示訂單來源（直播 / 影片），便於分析各管道的銷售成效。</td></tr><tr><td><strong>銷售影片場次</strong></td><td>為訂單內所訂購商品之 Livebuy 銷售影片場次，您可以得知哪些場次為您帶來業績，場次固定依發布時間遞減排序。<br><br>您更可以點選<img src="/files/57jGHBik6IUPfWPO5Ay3" alt="" data-size="line">按鈕來檢視「同場次」之相關訂單，方便您查看更多顧客所帶來的業績。</td></tr><tr><td><strong>導購成立時間</strong></td><td>為您的粉絲或顧客從 Livebuy 導購跳轉至第三方購物車之時間，即為點選 「 前往結帳 」 按鈕之時間。</td></tr><tr><td><strong>訂單成立時間</strong></td><td>為您的粉絲或顧客於 「 第三方平台 」 購物車 「 結帳 」 成立訂單之時間。</td></tr><tr><td><strong>付款完成時間</strong></td><td>為您的粉絲或顧客於 「 第三方平台 」 被標記完成付款之時間。</td></tr><tr><td><strong>訂單完成時間</strong></td><td>顯示訂單在第三方平台確認 「 已付款 / 已收貨 」 的時間。</td></tr></tbody></table>

### 訂購商品明細 <a href="#order-products" id="order-products"></a>

此處會列出您的粉絲或顧客所訂購的商品明細，並以 「 影片場次 」 為群組拆分顯示各項商品明細，包含商品名稱、單價、數量以及小計金額，方便您完全掌握 Livebuy 導購商品資料。

Livebuy 訂購商品明細，只會顯示 「 由 Livebuy 導購 」 至第三方平台而訂購之商品明細，若消費者於第三方平台加購、或是直播+1 而購買的商品將不在 Livebuy 顯示，請您於第三方平台後台進行統一管理。

#### 已刪除商品 <a href="#product-deleted" id="product-deleted"></a>

如您發現某一商品被標示為 「 已刪除 」 時，則表示於第三方平台該相同商品被執行 「 刪除&棄標 」動作，因此不算在此次訂購成效內，而其小計金額也將不予累計於總金額。

那若是於第三方平台僅將訂單下的商品 「 退回 」 購物車內時，則商品同樣會從 Livebuy 訂單管理內被退訂，不同的是，該商品並不會被標記為已刪除，而是以其他方式為您提醒顧客有 N 組未結帳商品。
