# 影片總覽

## 概述 <a href="#overview" id="overview"></a>

「 影片總覽 」 為 Livebuy 商城管理的主畫面，您可以一次管理所有銷售影片，並同時管理或檢視 「 公開、銷售結束、影片自動下架 」 三種不同狀態的影片資訊。

其中 「 本月觀看次數、本月互動數、本月成交銷售額、本月成交訂單數 」 資訊卡，和下方表格內每一場的 「 累計成交銷售額 / 訂單數 」 資料，皆表示為「已付款」的訂單成效，如需查看詳細訂單數據，請前往[訂單資訊](/product-tour/checkout/order.md)頁面。

而表格內右側欄的 「 上架商品、下架商品 」 統計數量、百分比，則是可幫助您快速瞭解還有多少商品正在銷售中。

### 切換影片狀態 <a href="#toggle-video-status" id="toggle-video-status"></a>

若影片為 「 公開 」 或 「 銷售結束 」 時，可透過表格內的 「 影片狀態 」 欄位之間隨時進行切換。一般情況下，我們建議您將影片都設為 「 公開 」 狀態，讓您的粉絲或顧客可隨時分享內容給好友，直到商品售罄。

如果發生直播中斷不希望上架影片，或者有其他下架影片需求時，請以 「 [編輯影片狀態](#toggle-video-status) 」 將影片設定為  「 公開 」 或 「 銷售結束 」 狀態即可，其中 「 銷售結束 」 為系統在 30 天之後才自動將您的影片轉為永久封存。

請注意：一旦影片被設定為「銷售結束」時，表示該場次銷售已結束，動作將不可復原。

### 影片可見度設定操作 <a href="#ying-pian-ke-jian-du-she-ding" id="ying-pian-ke-jian-du-she-ding"></a>

首先，您需要從下方表格 「 單選 」 或 「 複選 」 影片，此時，請您點選 「 右側下箭頭圖示 」 的按鈕，並於下拉選單內選取 「 批次設定 」 ，出現 「 影片可見度 」 後，再照您希望操作之項目選取後，即可生效。

### 影片篩選功能 <a href="#video-filter" id="video-filter"></a>

可經由 「 篩選 」 按鈕對下方表格內的影片進行各項條件套用，方便您能快速地搜尋到目標影片。您可以透過點選下方 「 搜尋 」 按鈕，或者鍵盤上的 「 Enter 」 來套用設定；當然，您也可以 「 重設 」 全部條件。
