# 銷售影片管理

## 管理您的銷售影片 <a href="#manage-sales-video" id="manage-sales-video"></a>

從商城管理 「 影片總覽 」 清單內點選一部影片即可進入「銷售影片管理」頁面。

### 功能概述 <a href="#functional-overview" id="functional-overview"></a>

在這裡，您可以檢視「影片詳細資訊、公告設定、銷售商品清單」功能，並於右側欄位 「 即時預覽 」 原始影片內容。透過功能列上的[影片下拉選單](#switch-to-another-video)可快速切換並管理不同場次影片，以及檢視/切換點播狀態，或者點擊「在 Livebuy 上觀看」按鈕以開啟前台點播間。

#### 快速切換不同場次 <a href="#switch-to-another-video" id="switch-to-another-video"></a>

功能列上會顯示您所在場次的影片標題，透過點選下拉式選單可幫助您快速切換、來回管理不同場次的影片設定；在影片下拉選單中，您更可以於第一行 「 輸入標題關鍵字 」 來篩選出相關影片。

#### 點播狀態設定 <a href="#video-status-setting" id="video-status-setting"></a>

透過功能列上右側的點播狀態按鈕，您同樣可以隨時將影片切換為 「 公開、銷售結束、影片自動下架 」 點播狀態，或者從<img src="/files/QQ0kCNwJUWLBGKjB15UM" alt="" data-size="line">更多選單中選擇 「 取消置頂、刪除 」 影片。

當本場銷售影片為 「 公開 」 狀態時，您還可以點選<img src="/files/L6h1punrD0ngEqCmMmBN" alt="" data-size="line">按鈕，以另開新視窗方式於 Livebuy 前台直接觀看點播間影片。

### 影片詳細資訊 <a href="#video-title-description-details" id="video-title-description-details"></a>

從 「 影片詳細資訊 」 標題右側點選<img src="/files/GP4xkM5rXCTaQcKZbsJS" alt="" data-size="line">可展開區塊，您可編輯 「 影片標題 」 或 「 詳情說明 」 內容，當有變更時需 「 儲存更新 」 才會生效。或者，您也可以檢視本場銷售數據，如累計成交銷售額/訂單數、建立時間、更新時間以及直播結束時間等相關資料。

**影片標題**\
必填；任何人於您的商城前台所看見的影片標題。

若您開 FB 直播 「 未設定 」 影片標題或貼文內容時，我們將為您以您在第三方平台所設定的「場次名稱」或「直播名稱」於 Livebuy 替代顯示。

可選項；詳情說明並 「 不會 」 顯示於您的商城前台，目前只在 Livebuy Admin 可見，您可以自定義內容來方便您識別哪一場次。

## 銷售商品管理 <a href="#sales-products" id="sales-products"></a>

下方表格為您於本場影片所銷售的全部商品清單。此處商品資料均來自您於第三方平台內的直播商品，與現有 「 加購區 」 概念是一樣的，其中 「 庫存數 」 同樣為 「 共用 」 庫存數。因此，您可能會在不同銷售場次的 「 相同商品 」 看見相同的剩餘庫存結果。

目前您於 Livebuy Admin 只可對銷售商品進行 「 播放時間 」 設定，或者檢視 「 相關訂單 」 數據。

### 影片新增商品銷售 <a href="#video-time-period-with-tagged-product" id="video-time-period-with-tagged-product"></a>

提供已上傳並公開的商城影片中新增（補充）其他商品功能，可由第三方平台商品庫中選擇[匯入商品](/product-tour/videos/add-new-video/hui-ru-shang-pin.md#sales-products)或直接手動新增[建立商品](/product-tour/videos/add-new-video/hui-ru-shang-pin/jian-li-shang-pin-zhi-bo-+1-dao-liu-ban.md#jian-li-shang-pin)。

### 影片內的商品播放時間 <a href="#video-time-period-with-tagged-product" id="video-time-period-with-tagged-product"></a>

若您為 FB+1 第三方平台使用商家，商品播放 「 開始 」 或 「 結束 」 時間，將預設為該項商品於第三方平台直播拍賣中，分別按下商品 「 開標 」 設定或 「 結標 」 收單之操作時間，方便您管理及維護。

若您為一般電商，則建議您於 Livebuy Admin 設定每一個銷售商品的播放時間；當設定完成後，您可以直接點選商品圖片右下角的<img src="/files/d8D9gDHBn6g5nK7yQkJG" alt="" data-size="line">播放鍵圖示，直接從右側影片預覽區塊看見時間跳轉效果。

#### 批次操作

同樣地，您只需要從下方表格 「 單選 」 或 「 複選 」 商品，讓 「 批次操作 」 按鈕顯示出來。此時，於下拉選單內選取您希望操作之項目即可進行批次設定，目前開放 「 [編輯播放時間](#edit-video-time-period-1) 」 、 「 [編輯銷售狀態](#edit-video-time-period) 」 與 「 [設定預覽商品](#bian-ji-yu-lan-shang-pin) 」 功能。

#### 編輯銷售狀態 <a href="#edit-video-time-period" id="edit-video-time-period"></a>

您可以搭配 「 [批次操作](#pi-ci-cao-zuo) 」 功能，更方便地一次大量管理商品的銷售狀態。只需勾選欲調整的商品，接著選擇所需的銷售狀態，最後點擊儲存即可完成設定。

#### 編輯播放時間 <a href="#edit-video-time-period" id="edit-video-time-period"></a>

搭配 「 [批次操作](#pi-ci-cao-zuo) 」 功能，可讓您更便利地管理商品跳轉之時間標記，只需選取 「 批次增減時間 」 或 「 全部取代 」 編輯類型，接著輸入設定值並儲存即可。

#### 編輯預覽商品 <a href="#bian-ji-yu-lan-shang-pin" id="bian-ji-yu-lan-shang-pin"></a>

您可以透過後台的 **銷售影片管理頁面**，來設定預覽影片中要顯示的商品。\
在這裡，您可以：

* 從商品清單中選擇要搭配影片的商品。
* 調整商品在影片輪播模組中的出現順序，讓重要商品優先曝光。

設定完成後，預覽影片播放時就會顯示您指定的商品，讓顧客能自然聚焦於重點商品，提升其曝光率與銷售機會。

#### 銷售數據 <a href="#xiao-shou-shu-ju" id="xiao-shou-shu-ju"></a>

分為影片場次或每一個銷售商品分開的相關訂單，您只需點選表格右上方的<img src="/files/ecpXZGOO7kcGYvlrCNp0" alt="" data-size="line">按鈕，或者表格內 「 動作 」 欄位的<img src="/files/Zue8htUbJRgQcegduhXT" alt="" data-size="line">按鈕 即可快速檢視。

在 Popup 訂單清單畫面，您更可以點選其中一筆訂單進入檢視 「 詳細訂單資訊 」 或 「 訂購商品明細 」 資料，方便您隨時掌握銷售情形。
